格隆汇8月4日丨默克(MRK.US)第二季度营收55.68亿欧元，同比增长14.3%，超市场预期的54.2亿欧元；
营收内生增长6.6%；
息税前利润(EBIT)11.77亿欧元，同比增长12.2%；
EBITDA为17.09亿欧元，同比增长16.2%；
EBITDA利润率为30.7%，去年同期为30.2%
调整后EBITDA为17.82亿欧元，同比增长13.1%，超市场预期的17.1亿欧元，除去汇率带来的正面影响，调整后EBITDA只会增长3.2%；
调整后EBITDA利润率为32%，去年同期为32.4%；
净利润8.7亿欧元，同比增长16.5%；
调整后每股盈余2.64欧元，同比增长17.9%；
经营现金流8.52亿欧元，同比下降4.1%。
展望2022全年，公司预计营收将增长6-9%，即219-230亿欧元（此前为216-228亿），市场预期为219亿欧元；
调整后EBITDA将增长5-9%，即67.5-72.5亿欧元（此前为66-71亿）；
预计外汇的积极影响将会把营收提高5-8%（此前为3-6%）；
在税率为23%的情况下，调整后每股盈余将为9.85-10.75欧元（此前为9.6-10.5欧元）。
