新風光昨日晚間發公吿稱，公司總經理胡順全、副總經理安守冰、董事徐衞龍、總工程師尹彭飛、副總經理馬雲生、監事程緒東、股東濟寧博創財務管理諮詢合夥企業(有限合夥)計劃15個交易日後的六個月內，通過集中競價交易方式減持合計不超過270.81萬股(佔公司總股本的1.94%)。
