据海南气象部门消息，今年第7号台风 “木兰”已于8月11日05时减弱为热带低压，05时中心位于北纬21.4度、东经107.5度，也就是在越南广宁省境内，中心附近最大风力7级。预计，“木兰”将以每小时20公里左右的速度向西北方向移动，强度逐渐减弱，对海南省的影响趋于结束。海南省气象局已于11日6时20分解除台风四级预警，根据《海南省防汛防风防旱应急预案》有关规定，海南省防汛防风防旱总指挥部决定于11日8时30分终止防汛防风Ⅳ级应急响应。
