东方盛虹(000301.SZ)：暂不提前赎回“盛虹转债”

格隆汇8月11日丨东方盛虹(000301.SZ)公布，公司于2022年8月11日召开的第八届董事会第五十五次会议审议通过了《关于不提前赎回“盛虹转债”的议案》。结合当前的市场情况及公司自身实际情况，出于投资者利益的考虑，公司董事会决定此次不行使“盛虹转债”的提前赎回权利，不提前赎回“盛虹转债”。

同时，公司决定在未来5个月内(即2022年8月12日至2023年1月11日)，如触发《募集说明书》中约定的“公司股票连续30个交易日中至少有15个交易日的收盘价格不低于当期转股价格的130%(含130%)”有条件赎回条款，均不行使“盛虹转债”的提前赎回权利，不提前赎回“盛虹转债”。

在此之后(以2023年1月11日后的首个交易日重新计算)若“盛虹转债”再次触发赎回条款，届时公司董事会将再次召开会议决定是否行使“盛虹转债”的提前赎回权利。
