格隆汇8月12日丨中国投融资(01226.HK)公告，公司于2022年8月12日向承授人授出购股权，以认购最多达3250万股新股份，惟须待承授人接纳后方可作实。授出购股权行使价每股股份0.317港元，授出购股权数目3250万份购股权。
