深交所：研究完善创业板“三创”“四新”的判断标准 严把市场入口关

格隆汇8月15日丨近日，深交所组织召开保荐机构工作座谈会，深交所有关负责人表示，深交所将认真贯彻落实党中央、国务院决策部署，扎实建设好创业板，为实现高水平科技创新、以创新引领高质量发展提供有力支撑。将不断总结提炼实践中创业板定位审核经验，研究完善创业板“三创”“四新”的判断标准，更好地坚守板块定位，严把市场入口关，从源头提升上市公司质量。进一步加强审核能力建设，突出审核问询的针对性和重大性，持续提升审核的质量和效率。推进“开门办审核”，进一步畅通与市场主体的沟通交流渠道，总结提炼并公开审核标准，巩固创业板发行上市审核公开透明、预期明确等成效。
