中旗股份(300575.SZ)拟使用不超3亿元自有资金进行现金管理

格隆汇8月17日丨中旗股份(300575.SZ)公布，公司于2022年8月16日召开了第三届董事会第十次会议，审议通过了《关于使用自有资金进行现金管理的议案》。为加强对自有资金的管理，提高资金使用效率和收益水平，在不影响正常经营的情况下，拟使用闲置自有资金不超过人民币3亿元(含)购买理财产品。在该额度范围内，资金可以滚动使用。
