绿色动力(601330.SH)：不向下修正“绿动转债”的转股价

格隆汇8月17日丨绿色动力(601330.SH)公布，截至2022年8月17日，公司股价已触发“绿动转债”转股价格向下修正条款。

经公司第四届董事会第八次会议审议，公司董事会决定本次不向下修正转股价格，同时自董事会审议通过之日起未来十二个月(2022年8月17日至2023年8月16日)内，如公司A股股价再次触发“绿动转债”转股价格向下修正条款，亦不提出向下修正方案。从2023年8月17日开始重新起算，若再次触发“绿动转债”转股价格向下修正条款，届时公司董事会将召开会议决定是否提出“绿动转债”的转股价格向下修正方案。
