亚太药业(002370.SZ)：“亚药转债”的转股价下修为8.5元/股

格隆汇9月8日丨亚太药业(002370.SZ)公布，根据《募集说明书》的相关条款及公司2022年第三次临时股东大会授权，综合考虑上述价格和公司实际情况，公司董事会决定将“亚药转债”的转股价格向下修正为8.50元/股，且自本次董事会审议通过日的次一交易日起至2022年11月30日，再次触发“亚药转债”转股价格向下修正条款，该期间不提出向下修正方案。

自2022年12月1日开始重新起算，若再次触发“亚药转债”的转股价格向下修正条款，届时公司董事会将再次召开会议决定是否行使“亚药转债”转股价格的向下修正权利。本次修正后的转股价格自2022年9月9日起生效。敬请广大投资者注意投资风险。
