正平股份(603843.SH)：實控人及其一致行動人擬合計減持不超5.2526%的股份

格隆匯9月13日丨正平股份(603843.SH)公佈，公司實際控制人金生輝及其一致行動人青海金陽光投資集團有限公司(“金陽光投資”)、李建莉、金飛梅，擬自公吿披露之日起15個交易日後6個月內通過集中競價交易方式或自公吿披露之日起3個交易日後6個月內通過大宗交易方式進行減持，合計減持不超過3674.8324萬股，即不超過公司股份總數的5.2526%(包括通過集中競價交易取得的股份876.3394萬股，佔公司股份總數的1.2526%)。
