模塑科技(000700.SZ)：不向下修正“模塑转债”的转股价

格隆汇9月20日丨模塑科技(000700.SZ)公布，截至2022年9月20日，公司股票已出现任意连续30个交易日中至少15个交易日的收盘价低于当期转股价格85%的情形，已触发“模塑转债”转股价格的向下修正条款。

经公司第十一届董事会第十一次(临时)会议审议通过，公司董事会决定本次不向下修正“模塑转债”转股价格。
