星徽股份(300464.SZ)：擬向控股股東申請不超1.5億元無息借款

格隆匯9月21日丨星徽股份(300464.SZ)公佈，為提高資金利用效率，滿足經營發展需求，公司擬向控股股東廣東星野投資有限責任公司(“星野投資”)申請總額度不超過人民幣1.5億元的無息借款，借款額度有效期為董事會審議通過本議案之日起三年。公司可根據資金週轉需要分批借款，並可在規定的期限及額度內循環使用該筆借款。
