时代电气(688187.SH)：中车时代半导体拟111.19亿元投资中低压功率器件产业化建设项目

格隆汇9月22日丨时代电气(688187.SH)公布，公司的控股子公司株洲中车时代半导体有限公司(简称“中车时代半导体”)拟投资中低压功率器件产业化建设项目，包括中低压功率器件产业化(宜兴)一期建设项目(简称“宜兴子项目”)和中低压功率器件产业化(株洲)建设项目(简称“株洲子项目”)。

项目投资总额约人民币111.19亿元，其中宜兴子项目和株洲子项目投资金额分别约人民币58.2583亿元和人民币52.9286亿元。
