智通财经APP讯，达瑞电子(300976.SZ)发布2022年限制性股票激励计划(草案)，本激励计划拟授予的第一类限制性股票及第二类限制性股票数量合计不超过373.00万股，约占本激励计划草案公告时公司股本总额的3.97%。本激励计划向激励对象授予第一类限制性股票46.50万股;向激励对象授予第二类限制性股票326.50万股。本激励计划授予的第一类限制性股票及第二类限制性股票(含预留)的授予价格为25.15元/股。

据悉，本激励计划首次授予的激励对象不超过142人，包括公司董事、高级管理人员以及公司(含子公司)其他核心员工(不包括公司独立董事和监事)。
