格隆匯9月23日丨中源家居(603709.SH)公佈，為進一步規避全球疫情、國際形勢、市場變化等因素帶來的風險，努力搶灘北美貿易市場，快速滿足業務拓展需求，公司(的控股子公司ZOYMONTERREY,S.de R.L.de C.V.(簡稱“墨西哥子公司”)擬向自然人FERNANDO ALEJANDRO LARRAZABAL BRETóN、自然人STEFAN RICARDO MALDONADO SENT、法人FRACCIONADORA VILLALASFUENTES, S.A. DE C.V.租賃位於新萊昂州加西亞市Av.Heberto Castillo Martinez101-10至101-21號工業區佔地15,013平方米的2號工廠，用於生產經營，租期5年，租金為10,055.50萬比索，摺合人民幣約3351.83萬元。
