智通财经APP讯，中科电气(300035.SZ)公告，经公司与甘眉工业园区管委会友好协商拟签订项目投资补充合同，将原计划建设“年产10万吨锂电池负极材料一体化项目”，变更为建设“年产13万吨锂电池负极材料一体化项目”。

项目具体建设内容包含年产13万吨负极和10万吨石墨化生产线、仓储、办公楼、食堂等配套设施。项目固定资产投资由约25亿元，变更为约28亿元。建设周期36个月，采用分期建设模式，一期和二期产能规模各为6.5万吨/年。
