格隆匯10月11日丨激智科技(300566.SZ)今日續跌，現跌4.28%報21.25元，暫成交2億元，最新市值56億元。激智科技昨日公佈，近日，公司收到持股5%以上股東香港TB出具的吿知函。香港TB於2022年07月19日至2022年09月29日期間通過集中競價交易和大宗交易方式減持公司股份262.2萬股，公司於2022年9月16日辦理完畢165.37萬股限制性股票登記事項，公司股本總數增加，導致香港TB持股比例被動稀釋0.039%。綜上，香港TB減持比例達到公司總股本的1.0413%。
