SAYS UNIT OWNS 485,878 ORDINARY SHARES, OR 0.20% STAKE, OF BIONTECH AFTER THE TRANSACTIONS
SAYS THE PROCEEDS WILL BE USED TO REPLENISH WORKING CAPITAL OF THE GROUP
SAYS THE SALE WILL NOT AFFECT COOPERATION BETWEEN THE GROUP AND BIONTECH AT BUSINESS LEVEL
