智通財經APP獲悉，Keefe Bruyette分析師Matthew Moon維持對溫伯格合夥公司(PWP.US)的“與大盤持平”評級，目標價由9美元上調至9.50美元。其建議於2023年對併購獨立集團公司保持謹慎。
Moon指出，該行業相對風險敞口較高的公司在近期的市場價值主要體現在三個方面：基於美國地區的併購、重組以及戰略驅動的交易。在此背景下，Moon對該領域的“首選”爲Evercore(EVR.US)和PJT Partners(PJT.US)。
此外，Moon表示，因Lazard(LAZ.US)相對較高的歐洲併購風險敞口，以及市場對其資產管理業務的持續擔憂、Moelis & Co(MC.US)的高保薦人風險敞口以及格林希爾事務所(GHL.US)所面臨持續高額的薪酬和員工支出開銷，給予了該等公司“跑輸大盤”評級。其還提供了“增持”PJT Partners、減持溫伯格合夥公司的“戰術配對交易思路”。
