$Kartoon Studios Inc if I am reading this correctly. there could be a resale of the 20millon shares from the direct offer before June 5th. A timeline that would have expired if it was kept to May 29th (this past Friday) . so we could see another sell off next week? after this raised captial I see the price gradually go up...unless they file another offer but that would mean that they grossly mismanaged these fund raising monies. its looking good but I dont know if it will drop again based on Fridays SEC filings
