$Kartoon Studios Inc over the past 90 days with perhaps hundreds of micro caps this is the ONLY stock I have seen GO UP on news of share offering....why is that? idk but apparently someone does.....all I know is they launch kartoon channel 6/15/20 and the clock is ticking
