No from what I know is you can sell it out after ex dividend date.

Must have purchased shares before the ex-dividend date To recieve the dividend. You can sell as early as the ex-dividend date, but I would recommend waiting for the price to recover to your buy in before selling. On the Morning ex-dividend date the price will always adjust/go down for the dividend being paid out.

Gotcha, i owned them prior to the 20th and plan to hold for a bit longer just wanted to make sure that it was ok to sell if i needed to prior to the 6/30 thanks
