$Fisker Inc Here are my thoughts on the merger date based on SEC proxy filings: SHLL SPAQ Preliminary Proxy 7/10 8/07 Revised Proxy 8/14 9/11 2nd Revision 8/31 _____ Proxy w/ dates 9/08 _____ Vote/Meeting 9/28 _____ If there’s a second revision to the proxy before the dates are filled in, we’re likely looking at the second half of October for a vote. If the next filing has dates and comes out within a week or two, we’re probably voting in the first half of October.
