$Tetraphase If you look at the numbers of the acelrx deal. Like the 72% of 1 share for each share in tetra with 24 cents a share in cash, combined with the current share value of acelrx which I think is 1.6ish... You'll quickly realize this deal will hose you unless acelrx runs on the merger, or tetra sinks and you buy in right before it freezes. Which in that case you should immediately take your shares out of tetra and put them in acelrx if you want to make a play on this.
