$Zomedica Corp So this company wants to use "Bulk acoustic wave" technology to detect thyroid issues in dogs and cats. Why would a dog need to be screened for thyroid issues? Out of all dogs, how many are going to show symptoms that warrant a thyroid test? Out that group what percentage of pet owners would be concerned or educated enough to take the pup in for a test not to mention have the spare cash? Wtf is bulk acoustic wave technology and if it is so useful why isn't it being used in humans?
